At IPsubTV, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase.
If you have technical or sales queries, do not hesitate to contact us. If, after you attempted to resolve issues with Support staff and feel the service(s) you purchased does not best fit your requirements, we want to make things right. You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
Please contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your order details and the reason for your refund request. We process refund requests as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
IPsubTV provides prepaid subscriptions. You are not locked into any continuous billing contract. To cancel your service, you simply do not renew it at the end of your billing cycle. If you wish to terminate your service immediately before the cycle ends, you may contact us, but we do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time outside the 7-day guarantee window.
