IPsubTV provides pre-paid subscription plans. We do not offer recurring billing or auto-renewals. Once your subscription duration ends, your service will automatically expire unless manually renewed by you. It is your responsibility to secure your login credentials and not share single-screen subscriptions with multiple devices concurrently.
We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime. However, due to the nature of IPTV technology, minor buffering or short downtime may occur. We provide compensation or extensions ONLY at our sole discretion for extended periods of downtime lasting longer than 48 hours.
In no event shall IPsubTV or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on IPsubTV's website, even if IPsubTV or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
